About
Sue joined the Group in 2002. As Financial Controller, she is responsible for all the statutory accounting and detailed financial management reporting for the managed funds. She also has responsibility for all the investment accounting and financial information of several managed client funds, including both NPIF – Mercia Debt Finance and NPIF – Mercia Equity Finance. In addition, Sue manages the payroll, pensions, VAT and treasury management functions, as well as supervising the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles for the majority of funds within Mercia. In working closely with the Group’s auditors and advisors, Sue ensures that all the corporate and statutory reporting deadlines are strictly adhered to.
Previous experience
Sue began her accounting career and finance training in private practices, before moving to financial accounting roles predominately within manufacturing sectors of US-owned corporations.
