About

James joined the Group in early 2019 as part of the Investor Relations and Sales Team for the Mercia Fund Managers EIS and SEIS funds. Working specifically as EIS Client Services Associate, his focus is on maintaining customer relations and providing client services and support to our investors and intermediary partners.

Previous experience

Previously, James graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Business & Management. After graduating, he remained in Leeds for one year working as a fraud detection officer in the Yorkshire Bank, gaining experience within the retail and commercial banking sectors, as well as experience in customer service, complaints, and disputes.
