About
Gina joined Mercia in 2016, working within our EIS Investor Relations and Operations team. In September 2022 she was promoted to EIS/VCT Operations Manager & Assistant Company Secretary, working as part of the EIS and VCT teams at Mercia. She is responsible for overseeing the operations and investor services for our tax-efficient products, alongside being the Assistant to the VCT Company Secretary.
Previous experience
Gina was Senior Investment Administrator at NFU Mutual and holds an Advanced Certificate in Global Securities Operations from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, as well as a BSc from the Open University.
