As Health, Safety and Facilities Manager, Belinda ensures that the organisation has a suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. She also advises staff to make sure the business is fully compliant with health and safety legislation. Belinda is based at our office in Henley-In-Arden.
Before joining Mercia, Belinda spent 16 years at Amey where she managed a number of corporate buildings and work sites across many industries, including construction, rail and fleet management. Belinda also spent time as a principal operations manager at Warwick Hospital, where she was responsible for the management of all ‘soft services’, including catering, cleaning, portering and security. Belinda achieved her NEBOSH qualifications in 2012 and is also a qualified auditor in health, safety, environment and quality.
