Adrian joined the Group in September 2017 as Group Information Systems Manager and is based at the Henley-in-Arden office. His role is to review our existing systems and their fit with how we currently and will work in the future, taking responsibility to understand all stakeholders’ needs so as recommend appropriate systems and subsequently manage their implementation.
Prior to joining the Group, Adrian worked as an implementation project manager at IRESS Technologies in Warwick. IRESS develop software for SME and enterprise-level financial service organisations. Implementations are managed using formal project management methodologies – an important discipline which Adrian is bringing to Mercia.
